Tenderers shall enclose a description and picture of all the offered products in
standard assortment. Emphasis will be put on this description in the evaluation.
The tender shall include product sheets with pictures and descriptions of the offered products in accordance with the award criteria. Product sheets shall be marked with numbering that corresponds with Annex 5, Price and Product Form.
If there are deviations between the link to the product, cf. column D in Annex 5, the description in the tenderer ́s annex will form the basis of the evaluation.
The contracting authority will emphasise the following conditions:
Functionality and user friendliness set against the need. The contracting authority will assess this based on the tenderer ́s description and documentation of the offered product. In addition a selection of the offered products shall be tested by the contracting authority. See further information on testing products under *
A timeless expression will be emphasised positively
The fact that the offered standard assortment gives an overall design expression.
*Testing of products
The contracting authority will assess the quality of selected products in the price form by testing submitted product samples. Before the tender deadline expiry, the contracting authority has made a list of selected products for which a product sample is wanted.
The products on the list have been selected because they have a large variation on the products in the market and that they are of great importance for the contracting authority. The list will contain 10-15 products per sub competition.
Under this award criteria, the contracting authority will assess the products ́ qualities, including user friendliness, functionality, suitability and material quality, for the best possible goal achievement in accordance with. The tender documentation point 2.1.
Samples shall also be delivered of the substances that the tenderer offers under point 1.2 Available substances.
This will be done by the tenderer either sending the selected furniture to the address stated by the contracting authority shortly after the tender deadline has expired, or by the contracting authority being able to travel to the tenderer ́s premises within an hour's drive from the centre of Drammen. After the tender deadline has expired, the contracting authority will state which furniture shall be included in the testing.
The furniture to be delivered shall be delivered Monday 4 May 2026 and collected 13 May 2026. Testing of products will occur during this period.
The address that the furniture shall be delivered to is Indies Ludvigsens gate 17, 3027 Drammen.
Product samples:
The product samples shall be identical to the offered products and should be marked with the tab and the line it is on in the product/price form, as well as the tenderer ́s name and product number.
Evaluation:
Points will be given in the evaluation for the products. The product that the trade group considers the best will receive 10 points. The other products will get points that reflect the contracting authority ́s assessment of the difference between the products.
The lowest/worst score (0 points) will be given during the evaluation if the Contracting Authority is unable to evaluate each product as intended, based on the information contained in the tender.
The products that are not requested for product samples will be evaluated based on the documentation submitted with the tender.
