Drammen municipality invites tenderers on behalf of the co-ordinated shareholders to Energi to an open tender contest for a contract for owner strategic advice. The co-ordinated shareholders in Å Energi consist of 45 municipalities that, directly or via the owner companies Vardar AS and Lier Everk Holding AS, together own 64.97% of the shares in Å Energi AS. Through agreements, the joint ownership has coordinated ownership and acts as a coordinated owner block, with joint voting at the company's General Assembly. In order to contribute to good ownership management in Å Energi, the working committee for the coordinated shareholders would like to join up with a strategic adviser.

Tildelingskriterier

Under this award criteria, the contracting authority will assess the permanent consultant ́s experience and competence. As mentioned in point 3 Requirement, the permanent consultant can be left in charge. assist a team, but it is only the permanent consultant ́s experience and competence that shall be evaluated. The following will be emphasised in the assessment: Formal competence (education). Experience with corporate management in public completely or partially owned companies. Experience with municipal ownership. Experience from the energy sector and/or the financial sector. Experience with giving lectures and presentations on complex subjects/Experience complex information orally. Good collaboration capabilities. Good oral and written presentation ability. Any other related to competence and experience that can contribute to. fulfil the aim of the procurement. As documentation of the criterion competence and experience, tenderers shall enclose CVs. with a description of the offered consultant ́s education and work experience. The CV shall also include a description of up to three relevant reference assignments and contact persons for these. In addition the CV shall contain a short text that describes why the competence and experience are particularly relevant for the assignment.
