The procurement was for a framework agreement for furniture that shall be used in schools in Drammen municipality. The contract shall cover the need for all entities and municipal companies in Drammen municipality. A contract has been signed with three tenderers.

Tildelingskriterier

Tenderers shall enclose a description and picture of all the offered products in the standard assortment. Emphasis will be put on this description in the evaluation. The contracting authority will emphasise the following conditions: Functionality and user friendliness set against the need. The contracting authority will assess this based on the tenderer ́s description and documentation of the offered product. In addition a selection of the offered products shall be delivered to the contracting authority ́s address in the evaluation phase for testing against this award criteria. A modern but timeless expression will be emphasised positively The fact that the offered standard assortment gives an overall design expression. *Testing of products: The contracting authority will assess the quality of selected products in the price form by testing submitted product samples. The following products shall be delivered samples of: - one student chair without wheels (line 11 in the price form). - one student chair with wheels (line 12 in the price form). - one standard student group (line 20 in the price form). The contracting authority will, under this award criteria, assess the products ́ qualities, including user friendliness, functionality, suitability, material quality, the simplicity of cleaning the product, safety as regards pinch hazard and tipping hazard and the product ́s overall impressions. Product samples: The product samples shall be identical to the offered products and should be marked with the tab and the line it is on in the product/price form, as well as the tenderer ́s name and product number. Tenderers will be notified shortly after the tender deadline on which products shall be delivered. The type of offered furniture can be delivered if exact furniture is not available. Textile samples that are equivalent to the offered textiles must also be submitted for the offered type. The product samples shall be delivered to Drammenshallen. The product samples must be delivered to Drammenshallen Monday 27 April between 10:00-15:00, and collected thursday 30 April between 10:00 and 15:00. If necessary due to number of tenderers, tenderers can be divided into two groups for delivery of product samples. If so, there will be another date for submission and collection for group two. This will be clarified shortly after the tender deadline has expired. The product samples shall be delivered and collected free of charge for the contracting authority. Evaluation: Points will be given in the evaluation for the products. The product that the trade group considers the best will receive 10 points. The other products will get points that reflect the contracting authority ́s assessment of the difference between the products. The lowest/worst score (0 points) will be given during the evaluation if the contracting authority is unable to evaluate the individual product as intended, based on the information contained in the tender. The products that are not requested for product samples will be evaluated based on the documentation submitted with the tender. Emphasis is put on the fact that the points stated that the contracting authority will focus on are not separate evaluation points. The evaluation will be carried out based on a general, judgemental assessment of the offered furniture, based on the conditions emphasised in the evaluation.
