Oslo municipality c/o Oslobygg KF, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to a negotiated procedure without a prior notice in connection with the procurement of renovation of Frognerbadet. Oslobygg KF has been given the task of the Agency for Urban Environment to rehabilitate Frognerbadet. Frognerbadet consists of an outdoor pool area including a 50 metre swimming pool, diving tower, padded pool, as well as a family pool. The operational building and the main entrance consist of an employee area, kiosk and café with serving, and the renovation of this will be undertaken in another project. To safeguard the possibility of extended seasons, it is proposed that a climatised passage is established to connect the decks to the pool area.  The impending renovation aims at returning several of the original architectonic solutions and elements to its former splendour, but with upgraded technical solutions for the next 50 years. The site is protected and the Cultural Heritage Management Office shall follow the project in the detailed and construction phase.
