External evaluation of Svalbard global seed vault

Beskrivelse

The aim of the evaluation is to get an independent assessment of Frøhvelvet's management, operation and financing within the framework of the current contract period (2017-2027). The evaluation shall provide background information for strategic decisions for the next management period (2027-2037) and identify possible adjustments that can strengthen the seed vault's contribution in the preservation of the world's plant diversity. The final delivery deadline for the contract is 1 November 2026. The estimated value of the procurement is NOK 1,500,000 excluding VAT.
