Tildelingskriterier
Tenderers shall fill in the attached price form in their cost calculations and submit it as an annex to the tender in Excel format. All fields in the attached price form marked with yellow shall be completed. See also other parts of the requirement specifications for information on the price form. Missing the price fields can cause difficulties in assessing the tender and the tender can then be rejected. Please note that abnormally low prices can result in the contracting authority having an obligation or a right to reject the tender, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 24-8. All prices are in NOK, excluding VAT, including all direct or indirect expenses and duties that could be incurred in connection with the delivery. Order fees and invoice fees are to be seen as expenses. The prices shall include all costs for the customer who is included in this competition, including procurement commission, but with the exception of what is stated in the requirement specifications point "Meetings and Journeys". Costs that the tenderer knows will apply, but that are not specifically stated in the tender, will be seen as included in the stated prices. What is evaluated is the sum behind "Sum for evaluation" on the actual tab in the price form.
