The fountain facility at Aud Blegen Svindlands plass was shut down in spring 2025. Based on this, a risk and vulnerability analysis has been carried out of the font, which outlines a number of measures that are recommended for putting the fountain in proper operation. The contracting authority plans to hold a procurement autumn 2026 to enter into a contract with a tenderer for engineering design services for and the execution of initiatives such as: • Reduces the health risks associated with the fountain • Establish an efficient and sustainable disinfection system. • Facilitates safe operation of the plant in accordance with some of the recommended measures from the risk analysis. The aim of this market survey is to obtain information from the market that can be used in the design of the tender documentation and that can facilitate good competition. The input can contribute to us: • Sets suitable minimum requirements, qualification requirements, award criteria, environmental requirements and apprentice requirements. • Identifies competition parameters and cost-efficient elements in the market.
