Market survey for a framework agreement for minor mobility measures

Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Urban Environment is considering to announce a competition for a framework agreement for the execution of minor mobility measures/construction works on municipal roads with associated areas. The framework agreement is planned as a contract contract (NS8406) for a period of four years. The agency plans the announcement that is divided into two sub-contracts with a geographical divide based on city borders in the municipality (Oslo is divided into two). Actual measures for this framework agreement are as a rule planned on the existing infrastructure and within the current regulation, but in some cases may require deviating from the existing street or paint. The measures will vary in extent and type, but include, among other things: ·     Road safety measures such as the establishment of speed bumps, cross tensioning and exalted junctions. ·     Bus stop work such as laying kerbstones, expansion of bus lay-bys, establishment of pavements ·     Bicycle measures such as the establishment of bicycle lanes, cycle paths or bicycle priority streets. ·     Set-up of bicycle stands (most often A-racks) ·     Park streets with microparks, facilitation for stays and play, as well as simple surface water handling. ·     Public transport measures such as the establishment and reconstruction of public transport lanes and traffic lights. In this connection, we are announcing a market survey in order to get answers to some solutions in the requirement specifications and environmental requirements for transport.
