Beskrivelse

The Contracting Authority needs, among other things, assistance in the following areas: • Registration of foreign species in the field and enclose these in national databases with map objects and property data. • General weed control as needed. • Management of special types of nature, e.g. the coastal cluster lift, sheltered areas etc. • Plan for follow-up and control in the long term. Follow-up of an initiative plan for insect-friendly municipalities, e.g. in the form of planting desired species. • Assess the date and put in measures in relation to the different foreign species ́ development stage. • Assist with consultancy services to the contracting authority (mainly the operations department) for controlling foreign species and internal training of operations. • Assist with competence and/or the execution of various other projects within facilitation and natural care. • Assist in arranging heather courses The framework agreement has a combined annual value of approx. NOK 1.5 million and NOK 2 million excluding VAT. The calculation is based on historical figures and planned assignments in the contract period. This amount does not carry any obligations for the contracting authority or rights for the tenderer. The annual turnover can vary considerably, i.a. due to changed financial framework conditions, organisational changes and municipal activity. Tenderers cannot demand compensation if the expected procurement is lower than expected. The combined contract value for the framework agreement (four years) is estimated to be approx. NOK 6-8 million excluding VAT. The total maximum value for the entire contract period is NOK 10 million excluding VAT.
