Tildelingskriterier
The tenders will be evaluated in accordance with the total cost, the complete delivered instrument is ready for use, including operations for five years.
The operation is calculated as needed for service, instrument specific consumables for analyses and instrument specific maintenance parts.
The contracting authority may add a supplement to the price if the delivery involves extra investment in infrastructure.
If needed, the Norwegian Institute of Marine Research will adjust the tenders ́ operational costs so that the tenders are as comparable as possible.
The price shall be stated in Norwegian kroner excluding VAT and it shall include all charges, duties etc.
The lowest price will get the highest score (10 points), and the points for the other tenders will be assessed as compared to the lowest price, linear method.
