Market survey/RFI - Broadband delivery - network design

Gjøvik municipality, the Joint Unit Procurement, plans to hold a competition for broadband and communication systems services on behalf of Østre Toten, Vestre Toten, Nordre Land, Søndre Land and Gjøvik municipalities. The municipalities currently have a framework agreement for the hire of a communication system for the municipalities ́ locations, which expires 31.12.26. The new contract will result in changes to an ongoing contract. Relevant services to include can be hire of lines, based on black fibre, possibly hire of capacity as needed, network design, operation and security services, as well as an option to put away services connected to network operation of the municipalities ́ locations individually or together. We would, thus, like to get in touch with relevant tenderers before the competition is announced for one to one meetings. The aim of this market survey is to get a better understanding of the market and what can be delivered, and thereby input to a future tender documentation.
