Beskrivelse
Helse Bergen HF, Helse Fonna HF, Helse Førde HF, Helse Stavanger HF and Haraldsplass deaconal hospital have decided to implement a regional procurement of catheter locks. This is the first time a catheter lock has been procured. Since it is the first time the procurement will be carried out and the project group in the autumn shall start preparing the tender documentation for the coming competition, the project group would like input for the preparation of the tender documentation. In addition, we would like information on which products the market can offer and relevant news. Sykehusinnkjøp HF invites tenderers, on behalf of the health companies in West Norway, to present their products. The supplier conference will be physical in Bergen on Thursday 27 August. The supplier conference will be held in Sykehusinnkjøp ́s office premises in Bergen (Inger Bang Lunds vei 4, 5059 Bergen). Tenderers will be awarded an exact date when they are registered. Relevant tenderers are asked to register their interest via the Contracting Authority's KGV (Ivalua) to Martin Rosvold at the latest 31 July. We would like tenderers to send product brochures and/or a link to websites for the products they shall present before the supplier presentation. In addition we would like tenderers to either send product samples before the mail or bring 5 product samples of the products that are present. Sykehusinnkjøp wants at least five product samples so that all the health authorities get one product sample each. The Contracting Authority requests, in particular, the following information: Short presentation of interested party The advantages and disadvantages of the products, for example, easy to clotte Pack size, including smallest sales unit Shelf life time Availability Proposals for requirements, including minimum requirements and evaluation requirements. Furthermore, it may be of interest, if relevant for interested party, to hear about the tenderer's experience from similar public tenders, possibly in comparable countries (preferably countries within the EU).
