Beskrivelse

This notice is a market survey/RFI The Norwegian Customs ́s current sourcing strategy means that the company is responsible for the operation and management of the ICT portfolio, including core systems and final user equipment. Stability and availability of the core systems, with associated IT infrastructure, has been very good over time. The Norwegian Customs ́s vision for a cloud is based on the same principles, where the Customer will also be responsible for the operation and management of cloud services and applications in the future. At the same time it is taken into account that a new sourcing strategy can be established during the contract period, which can affect this division of responsibility. The contracting authority has an established equipment portfolio within the product groups covered by the framework agreement. Most of the equipment has been procured in recent years and is covered by a manufacturer guarantee. In addition the Customer has a service and maintenance contract with the existing supplier, which covers expanded service for both hardware, software and the total IT infrastructure. The contract will be revised annually, based on half yearly assessments, in which a dialogue with the tenderer will be decided on which products and systems shall be continued with ongoing support. The coming framework agreement shall include the procurement of products, systems, maintenance, consultancy services and other services within IT infrastructure. It shall also take care of future needs, so that new technologies and systems - e.g. within servers, storage and networks - can be included in the agreement. The estimated annual procurements will be NOK 30-40 million in the coming years, with a combined scope of NOK 100-200 million, depending on duration. The information provided in this enquiry will form the basis for further planning and implementation of the procurement.
