Procurement of painting and floor laying services for Helse Bergen HF and Helse Stavanger HF. This is sub-contract 1 - Painting services for Helse Bergen HF. For the sub-area painting services for Helse Bergen HF we would like to enter into two parallel framework agreements. The total estimated value of the contracts included in the sub-area painting services for Helse Bergen HF is NOK 7,000,000, excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value of the agreements, for the entire contract period including options, is NOK 35,000,000 excluding VAT, 60% of the total volume for the sub-area painting services for Helse Bergen HF will enter into an agreement with 1st priority in this area. The estimated value for this agreement is NOK 4,200,000, excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value of the agreement, for the entire contract period including options, is NOK 21,000,000 excluding VAT,40% of the total volume for the sub-area painting services for Helse Bergen HF will enter into a contract with a 2nd priority in this area. The estimated value for this agreement is NOK 2,800,000, excluding VAT per annum. The estimated value of the agreement is NOK 6,500,000 excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value of the agreement, for the entire contract period including options, is NOK 35,000,000 excluding VAT.

This is sub-contract 3 - Painting services for Helse Stavanger Health Trust Estimated value of the contract is NOK 35,000,000, excluding VAT per annum for the first contract year. Thereafter NOK 5,000,000 excluding VAT per annum. The difference between the first year and the following years is due to an increased need in connection with building adjustments after moving to Ullandhaug. The maximum value of the agreement, for the entire contract period including options, is NOK 60,000,000 excluding VAT. Note that the estimated volume stated in Annex 1c - Price Form painter HST reflects an assumption of consumption in a "normal" year, not the first contract year.
