The offer with the lowest price will get the best score.
Evaluation of the criterion:
Each tab in Annex 1 Price Form is to be summed together in a total price. The total price that will be evaluated is given in the tab "Comparing prices".
The price criteria will be evaluated using a basic linear model. A basis linear model means that the difference in a point score mirrors the percentage difference in price (from the lowest tender).
Score = 10-10x (Pe-Pb)/Pb, with Pe being the price evaluated and Pb being the best (lowest) price.
Documentation requirement:
Complete Annex 1 Price Form and Swimming Plan.
Tenderers shall give a price per roundtrip between school and Tromsøbadet/outdoor swimming. Price per round trip will then be multiplied by the number of weeks per trimester/class for the relevant school.
