Tildelingskriterier
The hourly rate for senior shall be given for all 12 disciplines.
The hourly rate for juniors shall be 15% lower than the hourly rate for senior.
The requirements for the Senior and junior consultant are described in the Assignment Description.
The prices shall be given excluding VAT, and shall include all expenses such as wages, social expenses, tariffed allowances, administration, travel time, travel expenses, attendance costs to/from the agreed place of meeting and any allowances for diet and overnight stays.
The price form shall be used (Annex H.4).
The evaluation price is a sum of the weighted hourly rate for all disciplines.
The price is calculated with a grade of 10 to the lowest tenderer and linear deduction, so that all tenders that are 50% more expensive or more than the cheapest get a point score of 0.
