The competition is for a framework agreement for the delivery of hourly and 24 hour respite places for families with children/youths and adults living at home with compound and persistent function variations. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 10,000,000 excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 75,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. See the procurement documents for further information. The obligation to make requirements for apprentices is considered to apply for this procurement, cf. the Procurement Act § 7. See the contract for more information. The procedure stated in the "Type of Procedure" section 2.1 of the notice is incorrect. The correct procedure shall be an open tender contest.
