Beskrivelse

The provision of plumbing services, mainly hourly based services, materials and a combination thereof, in the Area Trondheim/Stjørdal. The main location is Værnes garrison. The objective of the framework agreement is to cover the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency ́s need for services in connection with operation, maintenance and new procurements of plumbing installations in the area Trondheim/Stjørdal. The assignment is further described in the tender documentation part III.The framework agreement has a duration of two years, with an option for an extension for 1+1+1 year, total up to five years. The framework agreement has an estimated value of NOK 40,200,000 excluding VAT and a maximum value of NOK 50,200,000 excluding VAT. The framework agreement is a parallel framework agreement with 3 tenderers. Call-offs will initially be awarded according to the surging principle, but call-offs with an estimated value of more than NOK 500,000 excluding VAT will be awarded after the re-opening of the competition (mini-competition).
