Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Finance and Management invites tenderers to a market dialogue for a future procurement of an e-commerce system. In this phase of the market dialogue we would like to learn from the market ́s experiences. What has succeeded and what has gone less well, and why? See the attached document for information on the need and with subsequent questions. Answers to the questions are wanted in the document in writing. The answers will form the basis for further dialogue, as further specified in the document.
