The Norwegian State Education Loan Fund invites tenderers to an open tender contest for cleaning services at the office in Trondheim, Brattørkaia 12, 7010 Trondheim. The assignment includes regular cleaning, regular additional services and cleaning to order, including sanitary service, maths hire and some associated service assignments. The premises have approx. 96 employees and an area of approx. 1,732.2 m². The contract will be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1+1+1 year, total maximum 5 years. The award will be made to the tender that has the best relationship between price and quality, based on the criteria price (40%) and quality (60 %). Climate and environmental considerations are taken care of through the requirements in the requirement specifications and the contract terms.
