Request for information (RFI) - Procurement of operational contracts for county roads

Hearing deadline: 05.06.2026 Responses must be submitted by 5 June 2026 so that the contracting authority can take these into account when designing competition documents. The contracting authority can have a dialogue with the market in the planning phase of a procurement. The intention is to get input on the need and for the design of the tender documentation. When the final tender documentation is first published, there is little room to make changes. The supplier market is therefore encouraged to give input to the contracting authority ́s described needs and questions. Furthermore, input can be given on other areas that are relevant for the procurement.   The background for this market dialogue is two parts. The contracting authority would like: to examine what the market can deliver on solutions to reduce the climate and environmental impact of the service, to get feedback on planned changes in the price structure in chapter D1.
