Introduction:
Under this criteria, the contracting authority has listed three work tasks (hereafter called assignment) with different solution problems. Tenderers ought to describe punctually and chronologically from A to oh how they think about solving these assignments. The tenderer ́s solution description should be built on good insight that both describes the challenges that can meet and the knowledge that is intended to be used to solve each assignment. Assignment 1 (40%):

There are 2 surface water pipelines close to the area. The kot during the transition is -1 meter with a fall of 20 degrees, the transition is not sheet piled. The work must be carried out as fast as possible with permanent improvements.

Assignment 2 (30%):
A call-off has been sent to the framework supplier to build a noise screen of 40 metres in length and 2 metres high. The noise reduction screen will cross 2 municipal water pipelines. The cable route including high voltage cable is located along the entire route at 3 metres distance. The initiative is only missing an initiation permit. The project is being engineered and executed in accordance with the Planning and Building Act, water and sewage norm for Bergen municipality, the regulations on electrical supply installations and SHA rules.

Assignment 3 (30%):
Damage to the granite front quay with therefor sentences in the front/corner.
A granite block in the corner of the Slkolte foundation quay has been reported to be on the way out. With the ROV inspection it shows that the stone is at depth 8 meters from the quay edge, and that the stone suctions have opened on each side all the way down to the bottom, as in an A-shape. The quay has approx. 15 m depth from the quay cover to the bottom.

Documentation requirement:
The tenderer ́s own description with a maximum of 2,000 words divided between all the assignments (see the maximum word per task in each task text). A front page is allowed, and neither is included in the evaluation nor a maximum word. Any links/hyperlinks and/or enquiries to other annexes will not be evaluated by the Contracting Authority.
The tenderer ́s solution description ought to be concrete, as it will be binding for the tenderer during the entire contract period.
