Area presentation monitoring of coastalng heath (ANO kystlynghei) shall contribute with a neutral and uniform data set of status and development of the coastal cluster lift in Norway, through periodic mapping of vegetation in 88 ANO surfaces in Mid-Norway. In the long term the monitoring shall cover 300 surfaces for the entire Norway. The procurement ́s financial framework with no options is NOK 5,500,000 excluding VAT. The estimated total value of the contract (basic programme plus options) is NOK 11,000,000 – 13 000 000.

Tildelingskriterier

Tenderers must state a price for the assignment by filling in unit prices in the Template for Tender Attachment 4. All prices shall be stated excluding VAT in NOK. The sum will make up the total price for the assignment. The total price will be the upper financial limit for the assignment.
CVs for the key persons offered in the assignment. This also applies for any sub-suppliers. The template for tender attachment 3 shall be used for submitting tenders.
Tenderers shall respond to the assignment in accordance with The contracting authority ́s description of the assignment and describe its solution with milestones for implementation.
Completed template for tender attachment 5 on how environmental considerations are taken care of beyond the minimum requirements for emission free/public transport on roads.
