Amendment order on county road 3804 Ose bridge - intention notice

Beskrivelse

Agder county has decided to change the bridge solution for county road 3804 Ose bridge from 3 spans to 2 spans reinforced concrete bridge as a result of further engineering design services and interaction in the early phase of the project. The change provides a more feasible solution by allowing work in the river to be carried out in one contiguous operation, reducing river bottom intervention and providing improved conditions for the environment and SHA. The removal of one pillar group in the river reduces the ice load exposure. Brua's function, capacity, dimensions and choice of materials are otherwise unchanged. The procurement law assessment was carried out by Advokatfirma Haavind AS on assignment from Agder fylkeskommune. The amendment shall be implemented pursuant to the contract ́s alteration clause, formalised by an amendment order with remuneration adjustment, cf. point 31.1 in NS 8407, cf. point 34 flg, cf. the Procurement Regulations § 28 1 first section, letter a. The change does not change the contract's overall character.
