Tildelingskriterier
Documentation requirement:
Completed tender form with information on the tender sum, hourly rates, options and mark-up percentage.
Hourly rates are evaluated based on the stated hourly rate multiplied by the estimated number of hours per trade category.
Emphasis is put on the fact that the number of hours is only to be understood as an evaluation quantity in order to compare the different tenders.
Note that the price mark-up mentioned in the other criteria will be added to the contracting authority (via automation in Mercell), to be added to the stated sum for the evaluation. This gives a "comparison price". The tenderer with the lowest comparison price will win the competition.
