The purpose of the procurement is to purchase a high-performance flow cytometric cell sorter for use in a shared academic core facility environment supporting advanced biomedical and life science research. The instrument will be used by multiple research groups and users with varying levels of technical expertise for applications including multicolour cell analysis, high-purity cell sorting, single-cell deposition, and sorting of mammalian cells and microorganisms. High operational stability, flexibility, and reliable long-term support are therefore essential.
