Market dialogue for service of ETFE/TEXLON® foil roof - clarification of possible sole supplier situation.

Statsbygg is conducting this market dialogue in order to obtain information on the market ́s ability to service and maintain TEXLON® foil roof with the accompanying components in one building in Oslo. The market dialogue is announced beyond the EEA threshold for making the dialogue available for the European market, but tenderers are requested to note that the contract is most likely to be far below the threshold value. The objective of the market dialogue is to clarify whether the underlying specifications involve a single supplier situation, or whether there are alternative suppliers in the market who can offer satisfactory roof service. The feedback will be included in Statsbygg ́s assessment of whether there is real competition in the market. This enquiry is not a competition notice and it does not involve any obligation for The Directorate of Public Construction and Property to implement a procurement. Any later procurement process will be carried out in accordance with the current rules.
