Printed and digital teaching aids

We would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for printed teaching aids within book groups 1 to 9, except book group 8.0: school books/textbooks for primary and secondary schools, including disposable books, work books, textbooks and copy originals for these books, as well as printed additional resources for the textbooks, literature and materials, including subject books for the professional market, non-fiction, fiction, cheap books, works, commissioned books, laws, research reports etc. as well as audio books and e-booksThat the contracting authority needs a digital additional resource for a printed teaching aid, this shall also be offered. The main orders for printed teaching aids will occur in the following periods: May and June, December and JanuaryIn addition there is a need for continuous supplementary orders, rush orders and orders of copies for review. The contracting authority also needs a web-based platform for purchasing and an overview of printed teaching aids, with pupil and teacher viewing and with separate roles for school owners, school managers, teachers and pupils.

We would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for digital teaching aids within book group 8.0: digital teaching aids, digital tools and complete digital teaching aids (the list is not exhaustive)The contracting authority also needs a web based platform for the procurement, overview, pupil and teacher viewing and administration of licences: user friendly, resource efficient and future orientated system for the distribution and handling of lenses for digital teaching aids, with simple routines for choosing, ordering digital teaching aids for both the entities and municipal administration roles for school owners, school managers, teachers and students,Trondheim municipality uses cloud-based office support and collaboration solutions from Google: Google Workspace for Education in schools and Google Workspace for Business in the other organisation. Students use Chromebooks (based on Chrome OS), while employees use both Chromebooks and Windows PCs.
